Convenient location around the corner from a grocery store, 0.6 miles from the subway (C train at Kingston-Throop station), and 2 blocks from Herbert Von King Park, which has 2 dog runs, basketball court, playgrounds, baseball field, and brand new cultural center.
My husband and I have lived in Brooklyn for 20+ years (and Bed-Stuy for 7). I'm a marketing consultant who works from home and is mad about corgis (we have 2). We love to travel and are usually away for much of the summer.
2 government-issued photo IDs and a 15% security deposit, which is fully refundable unless there are damages to the apartment at the end of the rental period.
We also ask for a $175 cleaning fee that goes directly to the housekeeper who will professionally clean the apartment before your arrival.
One medium-sized dog (<35lbs) is allowed. Must be well-behaved and housebroken. Sorry, no cats due to allergies!
