We are the current leaseholders and have lived in this apartment for 7 years. We love the neighborhood and are happy to show the apartment ourselves. You’ll be taking over a home we’ve cared for and enjoyed, with plenty of tips about local spots, transit, and the area’s charm.
We are looking for someone to take over our lease from now until April 30, 2026. After that, the lease can be renewed with the management company yearly.
One month security deposit required.
A nonrefundable $20 per person credit check fee is required.
The landlord asks renters to earn an annual salary equivalent to at least 40 times the monthly rent. Guarantors are welcome, but they must provide the equivalent of at least 80 times the monthly rent and be based in New York.
The person/people taking over the lease must complete a full application form provided by the landlord, along with the required supporting documentation.
Up to two renters can be officially listed on the lease, and more individuals can live in the apartment if desired.
Lease assignment is subject to landlord approval.
Pets are allowed in the apartment, including dogs, cats, or other animals that can be legally kept as pets in the city and state of New York.
