It’s a lovely 1920s building with fantastic natural light, sit-stand desk & monitor, queen bed & full bath. It’s an upper unit apartment so every room has TONS of natural light. Living room has a large chaise lounge that can be used as a couch or 2nd bed. I've been using my pink floor mat as a place to watch movies and it's been wonderful, but it can be easily stored it in the closet.

Great location on Edinburgh & Willoughby is a 10-min walk to Whole Foods and a 25-min walk to Erewhon & the Grove. There are tons of bars & restaurants nearby, I love that this part of LA is completely walkable.

Ample street parking, I've never had a problem. I really love the space and treat it well and hope you'll do the same!
