Huge Chic Designer Downtown Loft | 2 Rooms Available
Minimum 6 months.
Located on the water in the Seaport — a charming cobblestone enclave between Wall Street and Tribeca — this expansive 4-bedroom designer loft offers a rare sense of calm in the heart of downtown Manhattan.
The space is defined by exposed brick throughout, creating a warm, textured backdrop that runs from the open kitchen and bar area through to the shared living and work spaces. It’s a thoughtfully designed home with a creative, lived-in energy — stylish, grounded, and very New York.
We currently have 2 rooms available.
You’ll be sharing the loft with three working professionals — a filmmaker, a fashion consultant, and a photographer — all immersed in creative industries. The home has a respectful, easy rhythm: everyone values their own space, but we also genuinely enjoy spending time together — cooking, watching films, and occasionally sharing a glass of wine.
We’re looking for someone who feels aligned with that energy — ideally creative, curious, and considerate. A love of cinema, music, fashion, or food is always a plus. We prefer someone interested in a longer-term stay who appreciates both community and independence.
Rooms available:
– Room 1: Double bed, generous closet space, desk, and TV
– Room 2: Twin bed, closet space, desk, and TV
The location is incredibly well connected:
– 5-minute walk to Fulton Street (all major subway lines)
– 2 minutes to Pier 11
– 3-minute ferry to DUMBO
The Seaport is full of restaurants, bars, and waterfront energy — especially in the warmer months — and the loft sits directly across from Pier 17’s concert venue.
We are two working professionals — a filmmaker and a fashion consultant — with a shared appreciation for film, design, and a well-lived home. We keep the space tidy and respectful, while also enjoying evenings spent cooking or watching films together.
