I’m currently bicoastal and will not be in the space during the fall but would love to see if someone could stay while I’m gone. I have wifi set up. Clean apartment. In Washington Heights right off the A and 1 train. Near so many parks and businesses. Potential to extend the time as on the sublease as well. Rent covers the space, and utilities. No pets allowed please.
