Greetings. I am subletting my 1,000sf 2bd loft. Available December 10th (possibly earlier) for up to 7 months or longer.
12' ceilings, southern exposure with sun all day. Fully furnished , with fully loaded kitchen with dishwasher, and large bathroom. Elevator, wide hallways, and laundry in the building. Also parking is very convenient in the neighborhood.
The building is 1 block to Dekalb L train and 2 blocks to Jefferson L, 20 minutes to union square. 1 block from Maria Hernandez park. Blocks from the best of Bushwick with tons of great amenities in a 5 block radius.
The smaller 200sf bedroom has a California king size storage bed, dresser shelves and desk. And the Larger 300sf bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser desk shelves, small sofa. These beds could be swapped.
About This Lister
My name is Gabriel, i am an artist who worked for a world renowned artist for the past 13 years. I have recently left my job and will be spending most of my time helping my elderly parents outside of the city. I have lived in this loft for 14 years, i will be showing the space and i am the point of contact should anything go wrong.

Renting requirements are quite simple, i am looking for honest open communication, clarity accountability, and integrity. I require a full months deposit. That said i am happy to work with someones financial situation regarding the deposit.
Pets Policy
In general i prefer no pets. But in certain circumstances it may be allowed, but i require tenant to pay for monthly cleaning of the apartment.
