Huge bedroom in Crown Heights available June 15th- July 11th. I'll be returning July 12th. The room gets lovely lighting and it is fairly quiet and located on the second floor. There is an elevator in the bldg and a laundry room in the basement. You would be sharing a bathroom with one person ( Graham- a very tidy and considerate roommate). Four folks total live in the apt ( including self)- it is a large apt, we are all in our 30s and work in film. Common areas are kept tidy. This isn't a party place, we are friendly but do our socializing outside of the apt. There is a cat that lives in the common areas ( though atm he is away), he loves eating plants so unfortunately he is not allowed in the bedroom. I love this room and I will be leaving it furnished including a standing desk. (Paint set-up will be stored in a corner and I'll remove the keyboard so space will be less cluttered than in current photos.) I am hoping to find someone that can occasionally water my plants and will respect the space and roomies. No couples or pets. Thanks!
