Our two-story guest house consists of two independent apartments that can be rented together or separately.

The recently renovated ground level apartment (1 bedroom/1 bathroom) is spacious and light-filled, with super comfortable king bed, desk, large living room with a sectional sofa and cozy wood-burning stove, well-appointed kitchen, and washer and dryer. It rents for $2,450 per month.

The upstairs apartment (1 bedroom/1 bathroom) has Scandinavian-style panelling throughout with large bedroom offering king bed, desk and large TV and a separate living room with loveseat & wing back reading chair, modern kitchen and small dining table. It rents for $1,900 per month.

The apartments can be rented separately at the prices listed above, or together for maximum privacy for $3,950 per month. We, the owners, are usually just a phone call away and a great team of people take care of the property while we are out of town.
