Hi there,
I am seeking a 1-bed/studio apartment in Brooklyn.
I have been in my current apartment for 4 years, but after a few months of ongoing leaks and building issues, I am hoping to relocate. I'm seeking an unfurnished studio or 1 bedroom around 750+ sq, with lots of light and open space. Accessible via train within 10 min walk and a good grocery store close by. Looking for a space with a max budget of $2500, though closer to $2000 would be great.
I am seeking a place in North Brooklyn, ideally somewhere above Prospect Park, but am quite open to where this change might take me. I currently live in Bed-Stuy/Ocean Hills and love the area. I'd love to explore options such as Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, Greenpoint, Ridgewood, Carroll Gardens, PLG, but again- open to more!
At this time, I'm seeking to move in the spring, ideally before the end of May. I have some time left on my lease, but I wanted to just begin the search before it gets stressful
Thank you so much!
My name is Liam, (they/them)
I work in vintage fashion and do freelance design & sewing. The space will function as a live-work space for me, as my design work tends to be done at home.
Outside of work, I love to see friends, cook meals, bake, listen to music, be outside, and create.
I am a good and caring tenant, respecting the people and space around me. I am happy to help maintain the space, the building, and the outdoors. As well as help with anything else that might be needed if the space calls for it.
