My family just found out we'll need to move out of our apartment soon, and we're looking for a short-to-mid term apartment to sublet while we prepare for our next more permanent move. (A lease break could also work!).

We're looking for a 2-bedroom (or even a 1.5); it will be me, my husband and 2.5 year-old. We do not have pets. My husband and I both work a few days a week in Manhattan, and we are overall nice, reasonable and quiet people! And financially sound.

Furnished would be absolutely incredible, but unfurnished would be workable too.

Biggest criteria is that we'd like to stay near Prospect Heights/Crown Heights (edges of Clinton Hill and North Slope could work too), so my kid can stay at their current daycare.

Under $5K would be ideal, but open to hearing about all availabilities.
