Hi, I’m planning to move from LA to NY in November-December and I’m looking for an apartment around $3,000 per month. My dates are flexible. So far I’ve heard Greenpoint is the best neighborhood, but I’m open to other areas. I don’t know the city that well- that makes the move more exciting.
I would prefer a 2br, close to shops and with laundry in the unit.
I have two cats and they’re chill. They just sleep, eat, and cuddle.
I’m happy to sublease a place for just a few months while I find a more permanent spot.

Additionally, I’m an artist, so being close to studio spaces or having the option to work from home would be incredible.

I’m originally from the east coast and excited to be back!
