Hi!

I'm looking for a pet friendly, long term month to month sublet. I'm 27, I work at the New York Public Library full-time, and I am a part-time graduate students. I have an year old cat named Cardamom (very tolerant of new people!). I would preferably like to live in an LGBT friendly space.

My budget it 1200 MAX, but would ideally like something on the lower side.

Looking to live in the crown heights/bedstuy/bushwick area.

I can't sign a lease, I don't meet the usual credit requirements. (Very frustrating for me, as my credit was over 700 before I foolishly signed a car loan for a family member who continuously misses payments and has tanked my score. :/)

I'm someone who prioritizes paying bills and rent on time before anything else.

Bonus if there is in-unit washer/dryer or a private bathroom/half bath, but not required. (As long as there's laundry in the building!).
