Hi all! I am looking for a room in a two- or three-bedroom apartment from February 1 to May 31, 2025 (namely a 4-month term). My budget is around $1500. I teach at City College, so my target neighborhoods are primarily Washington Heights, Fort George, and Inwood. But anything along Subway Line 1 or A could also work. I would just prefer neighborhoods closer to City College than Bed-Stuy, where I am currently staying. I would love the building to have an elevator and for the room to be furnished. I prefer a private bathroom but am ok with sharing one. I am clean and tidy and like to do house chores, so sharing a bathroom with me should not be a concern.
