Hi! I’ve lived in Brooklyn since fall 2024 and would love to find a new home here!

Budget: 2000-2300

Neighborhood preferences:
- would like to live within 40 minutes of Streb/Slam (acro studio in Williamsburg) if possible!
- Ideal: Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, west side of Bed-stuy
- Also good: Prospect Heights near the Q, north Park Slope near the Q, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill or Brooklyn Heights for a reasonably priced unicorn
- Maybe: Williamsburg for a reasonably priced unicorn, parts of Gowanus not too close to construction

Apartment preferences:
- 2 bed or a 3 bed/2 bath (ideally the primary bedroom and/or with a private bath) with 1-2 roommates.
- plenty of natural light! must have windows in bedroom and living room
- enough space for bed and desk setup for WFH
- quiet location and/or garden side bedroom (I’m a light sleeper)
- I’d like to avoid a situation with excessive heater noise from radiators or water poles (I’ve had negative experiences with water poles banging at 5am and waking me up). being able to control the heat in the winter would be ideal!
- at least a dishwasher or laundry in building; if no laundry, laundromat must be within 1 minute walk
- okay with living with pets as long as they’re well behaved!
- love a brownstone vibe with hardwood floors ☺️ but not a dealbreaker!
- would loooove to have my own bathroom if possible but not a dealbreaker!

About you:
- nice, laid-back, financially stable person between 25-33 yo!
- any gender! I’ve mostly lived with women & gay men/nonbinary people in the past
- okay with keeping quiet hours between 10pm - 7am Sunday through Thursday
- has hobbies!
- not hosting ragers every weekend + doesn’t bring the party home
- does not smoke inside the apartment
- down to host a dinner party + go line dancing every so often ☺️

About This Lister

- I’m a 27-year-old woman and I work remotely as a data engineer at a healthcare startup! I previously lived in Clinton Hill, but I had to move out this fall because of a high rent increase. I’ve been doing short-term sublets for a few months now and would love to find a more permanent living situation ☺️

- I’m single & have no pets (I enjoy dogs/cats/etc but not planning on getting my own pet anytime soon)

- In my free time, I like to do aerial silks, go salsa dancing or line dancing, work out, volunteer at a community garden in Williamsburg, and hang out with friends! 💃🏻I’m not a huge fan of clubbing until 4am (I value my sleep lol), but I love exploring the city, going to comedy shows/other cool events, and trying new things. I’m a big fan of The Art of Gathering and would love to host dinner parties or game nights every so often☺️

- As a roommate, I’m laid back, respectful, and clean. I value open communication + maintaining a peaceful living environment and keep quiet hours after 10pm on weeknights.

- I’d love to be friends with my roommates, but totally fine if we’re just peaceful cohabitants.
