Hi all: my partner and I are visiting Brooklyn this summer to be closer to friends. We’re looking for a one-bedroom or private room in a shared house near Prospect Park for June and July 2026. We’re looking to spend up to ~$4,000 depending on the place.

What we’re looking for
- June 1 – July 31 sublet (can go into August)
- Studio, one-bedroom, or room in shared apartment
- Dog-friendly
- Air conditioning
- Laundry in building
- <10 min walk to Prospect Park (also open to proximity to Fort Greene Park)
- Nice to haves: bike storage + nice kitchen

We have subletted our own place twice and understand the importance of finding trustworthy and reasonable tenants. We are happy to provide references from past landlords and roommates.
