I'm looking to takeover a friend's apartment for August 1st, September 1st optional. One room available in a 2 bed 1.5 bath in Ridgewood, Queens.

4 minute walk from the Fresh Pond M. Easy transfer to the L at Myrtle-Wyckoff.

6 minute walk from B13/B20/Q58/Q98 buses.

Fresh Pond Rd. is close with access to restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.

Your room fits a full or queen bed and decent sized closet. You have your own half bath and we will share a shower. The ceilings are high with plenty of living room space. The apartment has nice light throughout. Central AC/heating units in each bedroom and living space.

The building is newly renovated with only 4 units. Laundry is free and in the basement, storage is available for an additional $43 pp. Utilities (light, gas, and wifi) range from $120-250 per month depending on the season.

I'm looking for someone who in clean, communicative, and respectful. Women/non-binary, over 30, queer/qtpoc preferred! Cleanliness is pretty important for me, so I would prefer someone who is the same.

You can sign onto the lease as early as August 1st up to September 1st. I would like to find the right person!
