- Standard weekday hours
- Typically away during weekends.

What works:
- Room approximately 120 sqft or larger
- Furnished preferred. Open to unfurnished if it can fit a bed and a larger desk
- West/southwest Brooklyn preferred (west or south of Prospect Park, on the R/D/N/F/G lines)
- Solo unit or shared with 1-2 roommates

Budget around $1,700/mo (up to 2,400 if no deposit required), flexible depending on what's included (utilities, etc.) and the room/setup. Open to
discussing deposit terms.

Finances — being upfront:
- $150K+/yr, ~$8K+ net monthly
- Can provide offer letter, paystubs, bank statements
- Credit in the mid-600s. Stable income with no recent issues. Open to discussing alternative deposit arrangements if it would help.
