Dates — Sublease through end of July (flexible end date, move-out by August 4th)

Rent — $1,300 flat rate, paid in advance. Includes all utilities.

Space — Spacious front room in 1st floor walkup apartment (street view images are blurred for privacy). Communal living room upstairs, basement/TV room, and peaceful backyard (accessible through roommate's room).

Amenities — full bathroom + half bath (shared with 2 roommates), in-unit washer/dryer, AC unit, Wi-Fi.

Location — 7 min walk to Gates Ave J train, 20 min to Myrtle-Wyckoff L. Close to Global Farm Marketplace on Broadway. Short walk/bike to Maria Hernandez Park area and Bed Stuy coffee shops.

Roommates — 3 roommates (M24, F24, F24) with 9-5 schedules, also traveling a bit in July. Our basement roommate has an indoor cat (Buffy) who occasionally visits upstairs. LGBTQ + and 420 friendly.

Looking for — Someone chill, cat-friendly, clean, and communicative. Bonus points if you're into plants or light yard work, but not required!
