About This Lister

I am a busy finance professional in my early 30's who spends weekdays and weeknights at the office and is mostly home on the weekends. I am quiet, clean, respectful of people's privacy, and expect the same from my roommate. We will have a cleaning person to clean the common areas on a weekly basis, but will be cleaning after ourselves regularly.
I love the space, and have been taking very good care of it and I am hoping to find someone who has similar characteristics as me and will benefit from it.
I enjoy reading, running, pilates, meal prepping, movie nights, learning to play bass guitar in my room and enjoying NYC out and about with friends or by myself.
We don't have to be best friends, but would love to find someone with a matching personality for good energy at the house and to hang out together once in a while if our schedules allow us. I am San Francisco raised and bring that NorCal positive energy anywhere I go.
