Hello!
My name is Nonna and I am looking for a responsible roommate to share my home with. Located in a quiet part of the neighborhood, this room is a gem for anyone looking to be close to bars, restaurants, cafes, and venues while having a calm and peaceful place to live, study and work from.
I am a busy professional who spends weekdays at the office and is mostly home on the weekends. I am quiet, clean, respectful of people's privacy, and expect the same from my roommate. We will split a budget for a cleaning person to come clean the common areas on a weekly basis, but that does not mean we won't be cleaning after ourselves regularly.
I love the space, and have been taking very good care of it and I am hoping to find someone who has similar characteristics as me and will benefit from it, while being a respectful and friendly roommate and taking care of the space as I do.
The rent for the junior bedroom is $2,250/month. This includes heat, water, electricity and wifi.
**Please note the room comes with a full sized bed, mattress and a desk, but nothing else. The furniture provided will remain there for the duration of the sublet. Anything additional in the picture will be removed as it belongs to the current roommate leaving at the end of March**
