I've been in this duplex apartment for 3 years. The location is perfect and it has a ton of light. I'd love to find someone to enjoy my space.
This sublet is for my private primary suite with bedroom, bathroom and terrace ONLY. The rest of the duplex will be locked so you will have complete privacy but no access to a living room or kitchen. Mini fridge, microwave and kettle are available.
