About this Service

We specialize in grant-writing and prospect research for small arts organizations, but we can also help with anything your small business or nonprofit needs.

Grant-writing
Our team has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants from corporate, foundation, and government funding sources. We’ve worked with both small and medium-sized theatre companies. We love finding new potential funding sources and getting your nonprofit on their radar!

Social Media and Email Marketing
Whether you’re just starting your company’s social media profiles or you have an established audience, we’re here to brainstorm, design, and get to the nitty-gritty of posting, telling the public about what’s going on, and analytics.

Strategic Planning
We’ll survey stakeholders and put together reports to help map out your organization’s future.

Data Entry
It might not be exciting, but that’s why we’re here to help! We can take over spreadsheets and double-check data.

“Working with Anna as my remote office manager has made the day-to-day of running my music school much easier! She's always up for any task, no matter how big or small, and is organized, kind, and creative. She always delivers in a timely fashion and communicates clearly. I trust her to help keep my business on track.” - Audrey Abela, Founder, Opus One Music
