The super lives in the building and is readily available. It comes with Bike room storage for 1 bike, additional bike spaces and storage lockers are available for a fee.
This is a great area, there is a fantastic coffee and architectural book shop below that hosts events; we are across the road from Russ and Daughters, Transmitter Brewery, and She Wolf Bakery in the Navy Yard, and a short walk to the Naval Cemetary Landscape Park, Wegmans, Fort Greene Park and Pratt. The area is quite quiet with many restaurants and bars on Myrtle and Dekalb avenues, 2-4 blocks away.
Brooklyn Navy Yard Ferry Stop is across the street, B69 and B57 buses stop in front of the building and B62 on the next block. There is also a CitiBike across the street. The G, F, B, Q, A/C are all within a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride. It is a short bike ride to Dumbo, Vinegar Hill, Williamsburg, and the Bridges to Manhattan.
I am a professional costume maker and designer that is travelling out of state for work for a year.
There will be a management company to assist with any issues that arise and collect rent, in addition the super lives in the building and is readily available.
