A large, fully furnished, quiet 1 bedroom /1 bathroom apartment in an elevator building in the East Village is available as a summer sublet for 1 month, starting July 4th till August 5th, 2026
There is a fully equipped kitchen (no microwave), fast internet, AC, hardwood floors.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large wooden desk with drawers, and a built-in closet.
The living room has a sleeper sofa and a large, round glass dining table with 6 chairs.
We are 3 blocks away from the nearest subway station (F), the neighborhood has plenty of nice cafes/restaurants, galleries shops, and gardens. There is a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods nearby.
Utilities (wifi, electricity) come up to about $150 when using the AC.
We are looking for someone who will respect the space and take good care of it while we are away. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
