1 bedroom apartment, 1-floor walkup, sunny and very spacious, with high ceilings, lots of light across the rooms and a communal back yard.

You can use everything: Large work-desk with display, Sonos speakers connected across the apartment, 50” TV, coffee machine, air-fryer, microwave, Dyson vacuum etc. I moved here 3 years ago, so everything is new and well taken care of.

I have a queen bed in a massive bedroom. I will make sure to move my things so that you have enough storage for your clothes and items.

Bathroom is on the smaller side but other than that, everything works well - good water pressure, hot water etc. and the rest of the apartment is very specious.

It is available for 11 weeks but can sublet for a shorter time period, a minimum of 4 weeks.

$2700 per month - all bills inclusive. (Fast WiFi, electricity, gas, heat water).

There are 2 laundry places two blocks away that do wash and fold, or a 3rd one that does free pickup and delivery.

I will hire cleaners before your arrival so that everything is ready for you. My request is for you to hire the same cleaners before you leave ($120).

A small security deposit will be needed which will be returned if there are no damages by the end of your stay.
