The room is furnished with queen size bed. Face South with 3 windows and view on a beautiful backyard. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with the bedrooms on each side separated by the kitchen, bathroom and another room. Shared bathroom. There is no laundry in the building.
No pet, sorry.
Utilities; heat, gas, electricity and fast internet is $50.
I like socializing but I don't bring party home.
