There is also a beach within a 10 minute walk, as well as the Little Island and the Highline; it's one of the best neighborhoods in NYC.

The bedroom is lightly furnished with a queen bed/frame, a lamp and desk.
There's a 6 foot long closet, an air conditioner and individual heat controls.

There are laundry rooms on the main floor.
