A large, light-filled bedroom is available in my spacious duplex apartment in the Far West Village, now through June 1.

It's a great neighborhood; one block from Hudson River Park and the pier, there's a bike and running path that goes down to Battery Park and uptown along the river.
It is pretty much our backyard, and it's amazing in the Spring!

The bedroom is lightly furnished with a queen bed/frame, and a lamp. There's a 6 foot long closet, an air conditioner and individual heat controls.

The common area is large and comfortable.

There is a laundry room in the building.
