This would be a lease takeover from my current roommate who will be going to graduate school (we'd both be on the lease together). $2190 per month plus utilities. Available ideally October 1 through August 2026. Will consider mid-October and November 1 move-ins as well.

- Bedroom is unfurnished, and living room is semi-furnished.
- Unit is on the top floor of a six-story elevator + keypad building.
- Great location - located right next to the Classon G station
- Big kitchen with dishwasher.
- Laundry in-building.
- Large grocery store 5 minutes away.
- Faces rear of building and on top floor so very quiet.
- Windows face east, so plenty of light.
- Justin (he/him), late-20s, originally from Philadelphia, have lived in NY for 5 years. Chinese-American.
- I'm neat and clean! Would describe myself as extraverted but not loud.
- I work in the public sector and go to the office most days.
- Outside of work I dance, sometimes volunteer at a farm, love cooking, and enjoy spending time with friends.
