THE ROOM

The bedroom is a very large 180 sq/ft bedroom with a spacious custom walkin closet. East facing with two windows, awesome lighting. This room comes UNFURNISHED (negociable), the photos are from how previous roommate had it. But definitely big enough for bed plus couch and desk and whatever else you need. I have some furniture available if interested. There is room for a window unit AC but does not come with apt. (Negociable)
THE APARTMENT

The apartment has undergone a few design updates since the photos but you get the jist. Second floor of a multi-family brownstone style home. 3 bedrooms 1 bath, kitchen and living room. I am slowly making upgrades to make the place nice and like to keep it SUPER CLEAN (once a week at least). Definitely need a 3rd person who is clean and likes to clean, often. Period. I am a little traumatized when it comes to this due to a previous roommate so this is non-negotiable. Sorry for how that sounds.
Don’t recommend if you WFH, as I mentioned there will be a few small updates happening and they will most likely take place during the day. I also occasionally wfh for my business and don’t want clashing schedules.

• 7 min walk to the 36AV N/W.
• 13 min walk to the Queensbridge F
• 13 min walk to the Queensboro Plaza N/W/7, and Queens Plaza E,M,R.
- 15 min drive to the city and to LGA airport. Less than sometimes. Great pickup and drop off location for UBERS (we’ve been told)
The neighborhood has anything and everything you need. Great food, coffee shops, parks, laundry etc within walking distance. Our specific street is pretty quiet which is nice.

I am an early 30’s freelance creative just girl bossing my way through life. I run my own business along with side projects. I am the lease holder and I sublet out the other 2 rooms in the apartment so the other roommate is subject to change. Currently she is a mid-late 30’s woman working a more corporate schedule versus my freelance one.
Hoping to find someone to fit into the mix. Short or long term lease available. Only requirements really are: being clean, no live in relationships ( 1 bathroom), and the apartment is not allowed to have pets.
