Moving in October 15, and am looking for a roommate to fill the spot in my 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment in East Harlem.

There is one room at one end and two at the other end. I’m looking for someone to take one, or both of those rooms. Ideally someone who needs an office or we can split the room and use it for storage or turn it into a closet/dressing area as the closets in the rooms are on the smaller side.

Must be LGBT friendly, must have references, social media links, credit check, background check — etc. etc. etc.

Must also be okay with cats. I have two. They’re very polite.

The apartment is gonna be furnished with my stuff from the apartment I’m currently in, but your room would be unfurnished.

We’re gonna need to split utilities (WiFi, Electric, Gas)
