I’m a nurse practitioner who recently signed a brand-new lease at 95 Horatio. I put a lot of effort into finding great roommates, and I’m genuinely proud of the people I matched with—two awesome, professional, down-to-earth guys in their late 20s/early 30s who both work in finance. The only reason I can’t live here myself is that I’ve accepted a job out of state.

Because it’s a new lease, the common areas only have temporary furniture right now, and the guys want to decorate together—so you’d have a real say in shaping the space. I’m looking for someone who values a clean, respectful, and social home environment in one of the best neighborhoods in the city.
