Roommate is in her mid 30s and works in the restaurant industry, so the place feels like yours most nights. Apartment has a calm, respectful vibe. Roommate is incredibly clean and very quiet, shared kitchen/living area is very tidy.

This is a lease takeover with current lease ending in April 2026. Looking for long-term roommate, interested in signing on to future leases. Flexible on start date, ideally 10/1 or 10/15. Room will be unfurnished, willing to negotiate on some of the furniture in the photos.
