Basement, private backyard, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher! Everything is fully furnished except for the available bedroom which has an open closet! The apartment is one the first and second floors of the house and the bedroom is located on the second floor.

We have one cat so no pets preferred, but we are open to talking about it.

About This Lister

Two other roommates already live in the house (28, Black, non-binary & 31M, white). I am currently in graduate film school and the other roommate practices architecture. We enjoy hanging out in the shared spaces, listening to music and watching movies and tv! We have a record player and a sound system in the living room. We both love to cook and bake. We need a roommate who prioritizes good communication and regular cleaning of the shared spaces!
