The bedroom is 12'x15' (180 sq ft) with 2 closets (5 ft wide and 2 ft deep). It is unfurnished.
It's in a 2 Bedroom Apartment with rooms on opposite sides, and each with separate entrances.
The apartment is located on a quiet street, and the bedroom for rent faces the backyard.
It's the 2nd floor in a 3 story building.
The shared space is a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment does not have a living room. (That's good as far as I'm concerned - less rooms to clean!)

Located 5 blocks from the Nassau G Train.
Slightly longer walk to the Bedford L.
5 minute walk to McCarren Park, and McGolrick Park is just 2 blocks away.
Laundry is around the corner.
