Fourth floor walk-up (no elevator), shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

I work from home and am a writer working on a novel. I keep a very clean and relatively quiet home. I occasionally have a few friends over for dinner, but in general the apartment is a peaceful place. I'm 41 and have a 4-month-old puppy, very sweet and surprisingly mellow, so you must be okay with dogs. This is a better fit for someone who does not work from home.

Near Nostrand Ave & Eastern Parkway, 2/3/5 subways are less than 2 blocks away. One mile from Prospect Park.
