It is a five-minute walk from Columbia University, between Central Park and Riverside Park, and South of Morningside Park. There’s easy access to subway lines 1, B, C., with the 1 connecting to the express trains 2, 3 at 96th St. There are great neighborhood grocery stores such as Westside Market & H-Mart, and multiple weekly farmers’ markets within a 2-block walk.

The apartment comes fully furnished with living and bedroom furniture – a couch that pulls out to a queen bed for guests, a dining table & chairs, armchairs, floor cushions, book shelves, and a newly updated and fully functional kitchen with appliances and kitchenware, a queen size wooden bed, more bookshelves and an adjustable height standing desk in the bedroom. Even the bathroom gets great light.

The place would be perfect for a single or a couple (it’s a fun neighborhood with lots of great food and drink venues, music, comedy, etc.), or a small family (it’s also a very child friendly neighborhood!).

Note: This is for a full summer sublet of 3+ months from May 15 to Aug 31 and we are not considering requests for a less than 3-month rental. At least 3 full months is required.

I'm a designer, and my wife is in an educator doing her PhD at Teacher's College Columbia, and we've really enjoyed this apartment in this neighbourhood an look forward to returning to it this fall! We love walking the parks close by and the weekly farmers' markets around the corner.
