Hello! I am subletting my beautiful one-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up. It has three distinct rooms (kitchen, middle living room, bedroom) so it feels quite large, especially for one person. There are many windows, on three out of the four walls, and so it gets a lot of light.

There are also newly polished hardwood floors, cozy no-noise radiator heating, and a shower in the kitchen which I happen to love. The apartment has fast internet and a full kitchen with new appliances. There is laundry just down the street.

It is halfway between the Hewes St J & M trains and the Metropolitan/Lormimer L & G trains so, not only are there many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, but you can easily access the city for not much effort.

*The colorful sticky notes all over the walls are because I'm in the middle of writing a book. I can take all of them down or I will take $50 off if you'll allow me to leave one wall of them up. Either way works :-)
