Our apartment is a very spacious (but still cozy) basement level apartment on a cobblestone street in the West Village. Fully furnished with a sofa, large TV, a seating area in front of wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc.

It being a basement level apartment, there are only two windows to street but it also means it's a private entrance.
