I'm an educator and I've lived in this apartment on and off for 10+ years. You will love the roomy, bright space and how close it is to everything!

I've tried to keep the apartment in really good shape. I'm looking for a tenant who is responsible, tidy and who will enjoy and take care of the space.

Although I am moving out of state, I will be easily reachable and I'll be back in New York every few months.
