Have large room available in duplex. It can be a sublet or long term.

The neighborhood is very popular and this apartment is on Henry street. There is 2 private outdoor areas one up and one down. Whoever takes the room downstairs has access to the downstairs outdoor area. We just threw out our patio furniture but normally table and chairs out there, we are getting new ones. Large kitchen, 15 ft ceilings, tons of light, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower.

The room has a big window, and two closets. It could easily fit a king bed, desk and whatever else. Also bathroom down there.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building.

F train is on the corner, target and Trader Joe’s 2 blocks away.
