Queen bed, night stand, desk & chair, dresser and closets.

Beautiful house with lots of plants, high ceilings, lots of light, a guitar and piano too! The house is close to downtown and Wedgewood-Houston's restaurants and cafes, yet tucked away with plenty of backyard space to breathe and hang out. There are also two indoor/outdoor cats also living here :)

Please note I keep a vegetarian kitchen and therefore request no meat/fish to be cooked inside the house. You are welcome to have deli meats / takeout reheated in the microwave. Additionally, there is a hotplate which can be used outside if you wish to cook meat but I request you use your own pan.

Rent: $1,000/month

I'm a yoga teacher / writer and I moved to Nashville from NYC in 2020. I love the community here and spirit of creativity and connection among folks. I like to keep the house clean, vacuum often, and generally chill vibes! I'll have friends over for dinner occasionally. The backyard is great for chilling in the hammock, gardening in the garden beds, sun bathing, having picnics or evening fires.
