I'm subletting my room in Greenpoint for 3 weeks, from January 12th to the end of the month/first week of the month, as I'll be working remotely in Santa Teresa. I'm also open to swapping my room with someone in Santa Teresa if the dates line up!

The room is large, with a working desk and a separate wardrobe in the hallway. I'll move my things out so the room will feel completely like yours during your stay.

The apartment is shared with the owner and his cat, Pan—both super friendly and chill. I'm looking for someone who's respectful of the shared spaces: kitchen, bathroom, etc. There's also a huge garden, and it's in a prime area of Greenpoint, right at the intersection of McCarren Park and close to so many bars and shops!
