Room + office for sublet in Ridgewood from Jan 19th to March 16th 2026. Ideally looking for someone for the whole 2-month stay, with the option to extend through the end of March, but willing to hear offers for other dates!

The apartment:
It's a three bedroom and 2 full bathroom apartment. Only two people would live here: yourself and my very friendly roommate (he's a work-from-home project manager working for a music label, is quiet, respectful and has an active lifestyle outside of the home). You each will have your own private bathroom.

The apartment is brand new, with new appliances (modern and spacey fridge, dishwasher, stove, etc). Each room has big closet spaces, LOTS of natural light everywhere with huge windows (each one with full blackout curtains), and their own heather/AC system.

The room:
Has two huge windows, so it's very bright, but also has blackout shades and curtains. Queen-size bed and ample closet space.

The Office
You will also have your own private office space in a separate room with a desk, chair, and couch.

The building has bike and laundry rooms in the basement. Small rooftop access.
We are in Ridgewood, 6-minute walk to the M Seneca stop (0.3mi) and 10-minute walk from either the L Dekalb or the L Myrtle-Wyckoff stations (0.6mi).

Rent is $2,000/month plus utilities. Deposit $2000 also.

About you: I'm ideally looking for someone responsible, kind, respectful and who will take care of the house. Cleanliness is an absolute must and respect for other people's privacy and sleep hours.
