Subletting one of the bedrooms in our 3 bedroom apartment in PLG/East Flatbush. I found this apartment over 5 years ago on listings project and have been using one room for my work and another as a bedroom.

I recently moved my work space into a studio and have a bedroom available. The current lease is up at the end of June but I've been renewing for years and you would be able to join the new lease if interested.

The Apartment:

In unit laundry! The apartment is the corner apartment facing south and east so year round it gets a lot of sun, especially the corner bedroom which you would be in.

Located off the Sterling 2/5. There is a citi bike stand just across the apartment.

The Room:

Comes unfurnished but I might be able to leave a dresser/shelving if needed. Very spacious, about 15 x 15, corner room with 2 large windows facing east and south.

There are no closets in the bedrooms but we share the ones in the hallway.

You'll be sharing the apartment with me and another roommate. Both queer, 30. We work outside the apartment but on any set schedule.

I'm 30 year old leather worker who has lived in this apartment for over 5 years. I no longer work in the apartment so I will be out of it most of the time but I also don't keep much of a regular schedule.

Roommate has a similar non-schedule sort of week but is also out a lot.
