Bedroom in a lovely apartment in Clinton Hill available for rent starting on June 1st. This would be a month-to-month sublease, with long-term preferred.

The apartment itself is a 4BR with 3 bathrooms. This bedroom has its own small private bathroom with shower (amazing water pressure). Windows face east and face the street. There are two spacious closets inside of the room. The block is quiet, at times during the day you can hear the birds singing.

Utilities and supplies are split evenly and range from $65-85 per person, trending higher in summer.

The huge kitchen is a dream, with tons of cabinets, counter space, a full-size refrigerator, and a window. We also have a dishwasher. The living room is enormous — 12'x22' — filled with light and plants, and the comfiest navy velvet couch. The bathroom is airy and spacious (for New York City).

There's a lot of charm throughout the building and apartment. There is a super on site, a laundry room with 3 washing machines and two large dryers, and a package delivery cabinet. There is also an elevator in the building and a ramp for accessibility.

The neighbourhood is lovely and tree-lined. There are tons of cafes and restraurants. You are in walking distance to Barclay's center and just one block away from a C and a G stop.

The apartment is so large and well laid out that we never really feel like we're living on top of one another. We like the apartment to feel like home and an oasis in the stressful city life.

Rental requirements

For starters, this will be a sublease. A one-month rent deposit and the first month's rent must be paid upfront when you receive the keys. We will sign a sublease agreement.

We're also looking for someone who is willing and able to join the lease within the next year.
