This is a fantastic apartment on Rhode Island Ave NW and 14th St NW. It's on the 5th floor in a large building with responsive management and the friendliest, fastest maintenance person I've ever encountered! There are two elevators and I'm rarely waiting on one.
The apartment is one block from Logan circle, less than 15 minutes from McPherson Sq metro stop, and shares an alley with Whole Foods and CVS. There are tons of bars and restaurants nearby on 14th.
I am leaving DC and am looking for someone to take over my lease or sublease my apartment. I'm sure the building would be happy to have you continue the lease. The apartment is rent-controlled.
I'm renting the apartment for $3195, but am offering discounted rent for the remainder of the lease. Everything is included except internet, for which I pay about $45/mo.
I think the apartment is around 950 sq ft and has two levels. The living room has large south facing windows that are sunny in the winter and shaded in the summer.
Some of my favorite things about this apartment:
-Lots of storage (kitchen pantry, coat closet, linen closet, a cabinet behind bathroom mirrors, walk-in bedroom closet)
- Separate, stacked washer and dryer that will actually dry your clothes
-Dishwasher
-There's some kind of heat lamp in the bathroom ceiling you can turn on that feels amazing in the morning
-Includes free access to rooftop pool and small gym one block away!

I've lived in the apartment since October and would love to stay, but sadly DOGE got in the way!
You'll need to be approved by the building, but that process took me less than 24 hours.
I don't have pets, but many people in the building do. Building policy is 2 pets per unit. The building charges a $125 flat fee and then $25/month per cat and $45/month per dog.
