RENT

Monthly rent is $1525 + utilities. Utilities are shared and about $200 a month (winter = heat $$).

TIMING

• Move-in: January 26 (or earlier)
• Looking for a few months, but there’s lots of flexibility for start and end date
• If it’s a good fit, there’s potential to extend longer/permanent
