I'm looking for a quiet, mature person or couple to sublet. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due on signing the lease. This will be returned within 10 days after your departure if there is no damage to the apartment. I also ask for a letter of reference. You'll find the apartment clean and well-equipped for your visit.
