The person who signs the sublease agreement will be the only one the doorman permits into the building.

Required: Credit check and background check. Driver's License or passport photos.
Upfront Deposits: First Month's Rent, and One Month Security Deposit.
Security Deposit is refunded within 14 days of moving out. The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was rented (clean, with no damages.). Any cleaning or damages will be taken out of the Security Deposit.
Rent must be paid in full on the First day of each month by ACH Bank Deposit or Venmo.
